Our machinable fixture plate is designed to be used with pull studs that lock into a zero point
top tooling system on the market. Examples are 5th Axis- Rock Lock system, Lang Technick "Quick- Point Zero-Point Clamping system, Schunk VERO-S quick change system and Piranha "Zero-Point Clamping plates". You can machine the plate to your desired shape and use as a fixture for machining parts in machining operations.
Our machinable fixture plate can be used on any CNC machine that is equipped with the zero-point
locking system. Examples are, using the fixture plate on a 5-axis machine to complete a part in a
secondary operation.
